Currently, J.T. & Co. Investigative Services is operating in the City of Fresno, California, USA.  J.T. & Co. will conduct investigations primarily within California's Central Valley.  Should an investigation take J.T. & Co. to other areas of the State of California then that is where J.T. & Co. will go.  

J.T. & Co. can provide specific investigations at reasonable rates for  investigations in the Central Valley ($75.00 per hour).  If the investigation takes J.T. & Co. to southern California or the Bay area, where rates are higher, the J.T. & Co. investigation will remain at the rate agreed upon.  *The hourly rate does not include other expenses (lodging, meals, photography, etc.) or mileage, which is $ .65 per mile.

Ordinarily, the hourly rate for services will be included within the retainer, which is required before an investigation will begin.  The required retainer is typically $1000, barring other agreements/arrangements. 

Should the services rendered require less time than the amount of the retainer, the difference will be refunded.  Should the services require more time than the retainer amount, the client will be contacted before further investigative time is invested for an additional retainer.  The client has the option of discontinuing the investigation after the initial retainer amount has been exhausted, unless other prior arrangement have been made.

Court room testimony will be charged at the Central Valley hourly rate and at a three (3) hour minimum.

In all cases, the investigation will be documented in a report format and will include investigation activities and the result/outcome of the investigation.  The billing time, mileage and expenses, will be on a separate billing/invoice form.  

Payment is expected at the time that the investigative report and bill has been presented, unless other arrangements have been made.

Payment is required whether the desired outcome of the investigation is achieved or not. 

J.T. & Co. specializes in pre-employment background investigations (for private enterprise or government), and will perform Workers' Comp AOE/COE (investigations/ interviews), Records & Background Checks (personal history, asset searches, criminal records, etc.), interview parties, prepare reports, law enforcement related consultations and referral, court room testimony, and most investigations a client may desire.
