Investigator Bio:

• 1978 to 1999, Employed as sworn as Central Valley Police Officer and Detective/Specialist.

• When assigned as a Police Detective, Suspects, Victims, Witnesses, and Involved Parties were contacted and interviewed and, depending on the situation, interrogated and confessions obtained.  Cases were investigated, reports written, and filing packages prepared for presentation to the District Attorney for prosecution.  Testified and acted as Chief Investigator in numerous court trials, which resulted in numerous convictions. 

• 1999 to present, Background Investigator (2002 & 2005 Certified by the State of California P.O.S.T. as Background Investigator) in police department Background Unit - Perform background investigations of police officers, civilian police personnel, and CCW permit applicants.  

• 2003 to present, Licensed as a Private Investigator in the State of California. 

• 2004 to present, conduct pre-employment background investigations, as a Private Investigator, for Central California police, fire, and correctional agencies in association with Law & Associates. 

• To date, other Private Investigative Services performed for clients in Sacramento, Southern California, Central California, Texas, Indiana, Germany, and New Zealand.
